What is your warranty policy?

All repairs come with a 15-day warranty. If the same issue that was initially fixed persists within this period, we will fix it without any additional charge.

Do you provide home service for repairs and installations?

Yes, we provide home services for certain installations and repairs, particularly for larger items like satellite dish antennas and CCTV cameras.

How can I get a repair quote?

You can request a quote by contacting us through email, phone, or by visiting our shop with your item.

What are the estimate charges?

Sometimes, we can identify the issue right away and provide a repair cost without charging a diagnostic fee. However, if it takes time to diagnose the problem, a minimum charge of 50AED will apply. This fee is waived if you decide to proceed with the repair.

What is the turnaround time for repairs?

Turnaround time depends on parts availability. If we have the parts in stock, repairs are completed faster. If not, the repair may take longer while we wait for parts. We will notify you when the repair is complete and your item is ready for pickup.

How long do I have to pick up my item?

You have up to 90 days to pick up your item, whether it's been repaired, diagnosed, or left at the shop after being told it cannot be fixed. If it is not collected within this period, we reserve the right to dispose of it.
